Osmium was present at the New Space Economy Congress 2023 organized by Cambra de Barcelona and Generalitat de Catalunya. I personally had the chance to participate in the roundtable "Interstellar shields: the intersection of Cybersecurity and Space Communications" to discuss about the cybersecurity threats that the space industry currently (and into the future) faces, the potential impacts of such threats and what the industry can do to mitigate them, from the technology and policy perspectives.

As I introduced myself at that moment, I am honoured to have shared this table coordinated by Pol Guixé Jové and with experienced colleagues from the industry, Javier Benedicto and Arne Matthyssen and I am happy and proud to have been on the very same stage that inspired me three years ago at the first edition of the congress, when Osmium was just founded with the vision of becoming a reference in the newspace cybersecurity.

In these three years we have successfully gone through tough and uncertain times and here we are, with several ongoing projects in cybersecurity for space networking, embedded systems and non-terrestrial network resources orchestrator. All this while we have expanded our company to Italy and into the aviation industry... 💪
